ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½â€™s Pre-Health Professions Program is a non-academic program that provides guidance and resources for students who plan to apply to professional health programs after graduating from ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½.
Pre-health is not a major at ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½, it is an attribute. You can major in any of the 120 areas of study offered at ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½, excluding nursing, and still be working toward a pre-health offering.
Both science and nonscience-based majors can apply to any professional school. Completion of professional school prerequisites can be accomplished no matter what major you choose.

Cultivating well-rounded pre-health students is our goal. Professional schools want to see a balance of arts and sciences, so no one major is endorsed. Our Pre-Health Professions Program provides specialized advising, shadowing and volunteer opportunities, as well as academic resources to all majors who are interested in applying to professional school after graduating from ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½.
