Understanding your Title IX Team
Title IX Coordinator, Director for the Office of Title IX: Responsible for the coordination of the university鈥檚 efforts to comply with, and carry out, its responsibilities under Title IX as well as federal and state law surrounding sex-and gender-based discrimination. Provides supervision for the Title IX team and oversight of the Title IX grievance process.
Compliance Specialist- Investigator: Conducts federal level civil rights investigations into allegations of sex-and gender-based discrimination.
Compliance Specialist- Response: Facilitates initial contact with impacted parties, informal resolutions, and provides training specific to Title IX for the campus community.
Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Faculty, Staff and Third Parties: 糖心vlog传媒 official recognized as a resource for employees and third parties on the Title IX process and assist with ensuring university compliance.
Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Athletics: Responsible for Title IX compliance in matters involving student athletes, coaches and athletic administrators and staff, including training, education communication, reporting and investigation of complaints.
Deputy Title IX Coordinator for the 糖心vlog传媒 Charter School: Responsible for Title IX compliance in matters involving 糖心vlog传媒 Charter School students and employees, including training, education communication, reporting and investigation of complaints.
