With the rise of generative Artificial Intelligence and its far-reaching implications, it's vital to skillfully adapt to a rapidly changing world of work.

Routine tasks in organizations are moving toward automation. So, how to we stay ahead of generative AI? 

Employers want people with strong written and oral communication skills, teamwork, and other soft skills. These are the skills we aim to improve. AI can't replace humans because humans understand nuances like context and tone, which make a message more effective.

The National Association of Colleges and Employers reports 80% of employers want candidates with strong teamwork skills and 77% of employers are looking for candidates with written communication skills.
