Lumberjacks GROW (Guided Reflection on Work) is a program provided by the Career Center to help you feel more confident and prepared for your professional journey. You will do this by engaging in meaningful reflection, attending Career Center鈥檚 various career development events and meeting with your assigned career coach for an individualized coaching session.

This program takes about 3 1/2 hours across one semester to complete. By participating in this program, you鈥檒l not only leave with the confidence to tackle your next steps, but also earn official Lumberjacks GROW swag and a certificate of completion.
