Sending Outside Scholarships

Paying Your Bill

Outside scholarship funding fall tuition priority deadline:
July 15

An outside scholarship is a scholarship awarded by an individual(s) or organization (e.g., church, school, civic club) to an 糖心vlog传媒 student.

1. Print processing form

The processing form for outside scholarships must be completed and submitted with the scholarship check.

2. Memo on check

Write the student's name and 糖心vlog传媒 ID number on the memo line of the check. If you don't know their 糖心vlog传媒 ID number, include their date of birth.

3. To whom is the check payable?

  • Student and 糖心vlog传媒
    • If the check is payable jointly to the student and 糖心vlog传媒, the student must endorse the check.
  • 糖心vlog传媒 only
    • Continue to next step.

4. Send the processing form and scholarship check

  • Drop off
    • 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday

Receipts

糖心vlog传媒 does not mail receipts for outside scholarship checks. Instead, the canceled check will serve as the receipt for the individual or organization who wrote the check. The student may view the outside scholarship posted on their eBill.
